Ways to open an .msg file
Only Outlook opens .msg files directly. Without it, choose the file above: FileOpens shows the message page by page, with its pictures, and gives you a PDF plus the attachments in one ZIP. It works on Mac, where Outlook for Mac does not always open .msg files saved on Windows.
Is it safe?
Nothing in the message runs and nothing is loaded from the internet. Attachments are handed to you as they are: open them only if you trust the sender. More: MSG to PDF.

Questions about e-mail to PDF
Is it really free?
Yes. Converting one e-mail to PDF is free, with no account and no watermark. We keep it free because it costs us little; Publisher conversions and whole mailboxes are the paid part of FileOpens.
What happens to my e-mail?
It is used only to make your PDF and is deleted automatically 24 hours after upload, together with the PDF and the attachments. Nobody reads it.
Are pictures from the internet loaded?
No. For your privacy and safety, nothing is downloaded from the internet while the PDF is made. Pictures attached to the e-mail are shown; pictures linked from websites (often tracking images) are left out.
What about attachments?
They are listed in the header of the PDF, and you can download them all as one ZIP file, exactly as they were.
Can I convert a whole mailbox?
Yes: upload the .mbox file on MBOX to PDF (Gmail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail). Outlook .pst files are coming soon.
