The service

FileOpens converts Microsoft Publisher (.pub) files you upload into PDF and Word (.docx) files. Before paying you see a free preview of the first page. The converted files aim to match the original layout, but conversion of a proprietary format can differ from the original, for example when a font is not available.

Price and payment

The price is $4.99 per file (taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country). It is a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions, trials or automatic renewals. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing questions and returns.

Refunds

You can refund a payment yourself within 24 hours using the button on the download page, or by emailing us. See the refund policy.

Your content

You must have the right to convert the files you upload. You keep all rights to your files. We process them only to provide the conversion and delete them after 24 hours.

Acceptable use

Do not upload files you are not allowed to share, malware, or files intended to attack the service. We may limit free previews to keep the service available for everyone.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Keep your original files. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the conversion concerned.
