How to convert a Numbers file to Excel
Choose the .numbers file above. We rebuild every table as an Excel sheet, translate the formulas and check each one against the result Numbers showed. You see every page free; if it looks right, pay once and download the .xlsx and a PDF.
Why not just export from Numbers?
Numbers can export to Excel, but only on a Mac, iPhone or iPad, or at iCloud.com with an Apple ID. And formulas that point to another table often arrive as #REF!. Here references between tables become normal Excel sheet references, and any formula that would give a different result is replaced by its value instead of an error. Charts come across as Excel charts linked to the same cells, so they change when the numbers do.
What is a .numbers file?
Numbers is Apple's spreadsheet app. Its files open only in Numbers, so someone with Windows or an Android phone who receives one sees a file that will not open. Converting it to .xlsx makes it work in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice. Only need to read or print it? Numbers to PDF.

Questions about Numbers to Excel
Do the formulas still work?
Yes. We rebuild every formula for Excel, references between tables included, and then check each one: Excel must give the same result Numbers showed. The few that use something Excel does not have (durations, live stock prices, PLAINTEXT) keep their value, and the page tells you how many.
What else is kept?
Every table becomes its own Excel sheet with the same cells: number, currency, percent and date formats, fonts, colours, borders, merged cells, column widths and header rows. Charts become real Excel charts (column, bar, line, area, pie, donut, scatter, bubble) that update when you change the numbers. Pictures are not carried over yet.
How much does it cost?
You see every page free first. Then $4.99 per file, or $14.99 for up to 10 files and $39 for up to 100. Not usable? Refund within 24 hours.
What happens to my file?
It is used only to make your Excel and PDF files and is deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Nobody looks at it.
Which Numbers versions work?
Files from Numbers 3 (2013) up to the current version, from Mac, iPhone, iPad and iCloud. Older Numbers '09 files open too, with values and formatting; their formulas may come through as values.
